A Hint of Red

Wow, just had my first taste of celeriac... and I've got to tell you, it won't be my last. Really interesting flavor and blends very in this dish.  My favorite part of this dish, though, was the tiny bits of reddish pink chard stem. Very pretty!



Bowl Ingredients
protein: spiced baked chicken breast
grain or legume: soup bean mix
root veggie: celeriac
white or yellow veggie: onion
green veggie: peas
red, orange, or purple veggie: yam
dark leafy green: chard with red stem
chicken seasoning: thyme, rosemary, salt & pepper
sauce: garlic and parsley butter, gomasio
